Error when install Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 Report Authoring Extension on Windows 10.

The error message is as bellow:

I have tried delete the regedit key named HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce and restart computer, but it did not take effect.

Can anybody help?

    The solution turned out to be:

    1.       On your machine go to “Start – Run – Regedit”

    2.       Once in the registry editor, follow the following paths

    a.    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce

    b.    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windwos\CurrentVersion\RunOnce

    c.    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce

                                                                  i.      Remove the “runonce” entries

    3.       Once done restart the machine.
