Why are there sooo many fields displayed, when only a few are used?
There are so many fields displayed that a lot overflow beyond the viewable screen display area.
Is there no standard, or rule for building an input screen?
Are not screens supposed to be built to fit the confines of the displayable area, and can be displayed with-out having to scroll.
Hi Anaergia, Could you please validate all fields in CRM Page. if don't want to show those fields - either you can hide or put some logic on page load according to your business requirement.

if you are talking about Dynamics CRM / 365 Customer Engagement, you can modify the form to put inside only the fields you need
