Hi,
I'm not really sure if this the right forum to ask such question but if not please redirect me to the right one.
I'm developer and I'm working on extracting opportunities using Dynamics API and I'm successfully able to do that only this that is causing the issue is Workflow state. I'm not really sure which attributes contains value for that. All I need is the property that contains collection of all the states and the selected sate.Screenshot-2022_2D00_04_2D00_25-220234.png This is what I mean by the workflow.

Please ask if there is any more information required.

Thank you.

    Hello Syed,

This information is stored with the each opportunity as a field and you can also access it.

Please find below articles for the reference which will help you to get more detail.

    Hi,

To get the selected stage name you will need to use below API query -

    org50b8451e.crm8.dynamics.com/.../new_assessmentprocesses

new_assessmentprocesses -> Custom Entity name auto created by the system when you create New BPF

    _activestageid_value -> Active Stage Record

_bpf_crd9a_knowledgeassessmentid_value-> Lookup to Entity for which you created your BPF

_processid_value -> Process ID. This will be used in next API query to get the list of Stage in your BPF

To get the list of Process stages for your BPF use below API Query -

    org50b8451e.crm8.dynamics.com/.../processstages eq e740de33-4aec-eb11-bacb-0022480a508b

Replace CRM Instance URL and other values and run these query in your browser to see the result.

Please mark my answer verified if this is helpful!

    Regards,

    Bipin Kumar
