Hello everyone! Hope you can assist me as my organization has done everything they say they can on their side. I am trying to access NAV via Citrix but it does not load. I sometimes receive a message saying will reconnect in 5 minutes. I have successfully gotten it to work taking down the firewall on my home network (xfinity) only for it to drop again. IF I use on my hotspot, it works. If I use at office it works. But on home network, it does not. I am not sure how to tweak the modem/router options and Xfinity is useless. I did notice the log inside my router says that it is blocked:

But I disabled the firewall on modem/router so why would it be still blocked? Is this even the issue. Has anyone experienced something similar that can help?
