I have a customer that needs to regularly import data from their ADP payroll system to Dynamics 365 for Financials. I'm sure there is no import path for ADP to D365 Financials, but is there any workaround to overcome this?
I believe this would require a custom developed solution for now.

Support for importing payroll transactions in QuickBooks IIF file format will soon be released, as well as a simple Dynamics 365 for Financials payroll import format, which is part of the upcoming Ceridian payroll file import extension, see https://roadmap.dynamics.com/. Both of these could be mitigation options.
For future reference, what are the fields/columns you would like to import, and are transactions aggregated or per employee?
