Hi everyone
We have a product receipt that will not post due to this error "physical remaining quantity in the inventory unit kg must be other than zero".
The released product unit and purchase unit on the released product were both kg.
We have changed the purchase unit on the released product to be lb.
The released product inventory unit is still kg.
PO is created and conversion looks correct.
Item is registered and conversion looks correct.
Product receipt looks correct but when we try to post we get "physical remaining quantity in the inventory unit kg must be other than zero".
Did we miss something in the setup or does D365FO not like the released unit and the purchase unit being different?
