I have a couple of Customer Enagagement users users who cannot access email templates even though they have the same security roles as others who can access them.. They are able to insert the templates when creating emails to contacts but they cannot edit the temapltaes in the Settings area. When they go to Settings/Advanced Settings/Templates/Email templates they just get "There are no email templates to show in this view".
All of our templates are created with Permission Level set to Organization.
I have tried giving one of the users Sys Admin permissions and they still can't see the email templates.
Anyone got an ideas?
