Microsoft Dynamics RMS (Archived)

Cannot open database requested in login 'XXXXX'. The login failed,

I installed a new server and cannot get clients to login. Rms works perfect on server but get error Cannot open database requested in login 'XXXXX'. The login failed on all client pc's.

Any help would be great im under pressure to get this up and running

    Sounds like you don't have your sql connection set right.

    Hello Jay,

    Thank you for your questions.

    Have you set the Server Name and Database in Store Operations Administrator Configuration? Are you sure the User name and Password are correct?

    1) Log into Store Operations Administrator

    2) Click on File | Configuration
