Field not visible in Business Rule

Hi,

I have a field called main area interest in contact entity.

and the field properties are as shown below

But when i want to add a new business rule for this field, its not visible in the list of fileds for contact entity.

There are no dependency nor any javascript running behind.Please help me to add a business rule.

    Hello,

    This is one of the limitation that multi-select option set field that you cannot use it in business rules.
