Different dashboard components limitation between environments D365 Online

Hello,

I've been analyzing a current issue within the dashboard component limitation and I noticed that the limitation I have in my production environment is 8, while the limitation I have in my sandbox environment is 7. Both environments are in the same tenant, I couldn't find any further information in MS Documentation.

Does anyone know why the limitation is different between both environments?

Hello Nouhaila,

I would suggest you to open a support ticket for this issue and attach the screenshot and error log along with both organizations URL and then we can investigate it further to understand why we are seeing different values.
