Hi All,

I have installed Management Reporter 2012 CU13. It is associated with GP 2010.

I am receiving the above error. I found the error message located in the manual, under troubleshooting. It states to check the registered users against the number of roles. CU13 now has no registration, so I do not see where I can register it. On Partnersource this client has 5 licences on their registration keys. They only have 3 roles setup.

Can someone please advise me how to over come this issue?
