Remove/Minimize the space between Tab of man form and The quick view form

I have following quick view form of Order on Invoice form and it falls under Salesperson Tab. Unfortunately it comes up with two problems.

1. A huge empty space between the quick view form and the Sales person tab

2. Missing '+' button from the subgrid of the Quick View From.

I am on CRM-2016 on prem environment and don't know what went wrong. If that don't works other solution is to use the subgrid and set its FetchXML, of the subgrid of Salesperson. Does anybody let me know to move forward for the solution?

so, not supported way yet.

Then how can I set up the fetchXMl of subgrid in CRM-2016?
