Realtime marketing custom trigger

I want to start a realtime marketing journey from on-premise c# code. To do this, I want to start my journey based on a trigger. This trigger is a custom realtime marketing trigger as described in https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/marketing/real-time-marketing-custom-triggers.

After creating this trigger, you have to finalize the trigger to set it live. Clicking the button to set it live, starts a process for a few minutes and then sets the trigger back to the concept state without any message.

Can anyone help me to start a realtime journey from on-premise C# code?

    Feedback from Microsoft after our supplier created a support case:

    This is due to URL change of the environment after installing Marketing.

    The only way to pull this off is to backup the environment’s data, uninstall Marketing, set the URL as you wish and then install Marketing again.
    This however might not be ideal, as you will lose all of your interactions, insights and files data.
