Sales Order: Quantity Shipped is less than Quantity on order

Hi all,

I have started to receive calls from customers regarding missing products from their orders. When I had a look at the sales order I can see that the quantity shipped is much less than quantity on the order.

Is there a way to identify these issues before? Screenshot attached to show what I mean by the difference.

Any advice is most welcome!

Thanks,

Marcin

During posting it will ship and invoice whatever the quantity you have in the Qty. to Ship field, the quantity shipped can be less that quantity and you can ship the remaining quantity by entering that in Qty. to ship again and post.

    Hi Suresh,

Sorry to bother, however I've encountered another issue. While this works, for some reason this specific order shows me the following error when I try to enter the remaining qty in qty. to ship. The error is: Warehouse Shipment is required for Line No.=70000.

Is there any way to get around it?

    Thanks,

    Marcin

It depends on how you setup the location card, but I believe that is not an error message it is just a information box and you can still ship it.
