I AM USING AXAPTA 4.0 FOR THE FIRST TIME AND THE COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE A HELP MANUAL POR ACCOUNTING AND I CAN'T FIND IT ON THE INTERNET.
CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE.

Note that Axapta 4.0 is a very old version. Mainstream support ended in November 2011. That is already more than 10 years ago now. The application came with a help file.
If the company is still using AX4, the users working with the system could educate you on the processes in use. Note that the environment can contain customizations which would not be written in the standard manual.
Anyway, it would be recommended to see if the company can upgrade to a supported version which is currently Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
My apologies for finding your post this late. I'm still on AX 4.0 as well. If there's anything you need help with, Let me know. I think I may be able to help you out with AX 4.0.
