Finance charge calculations are incorrect anyway.

This is bug number 1442 with no expected date for being fixed because so few people have complained.

If you request a fix for it from Microsoft support then you might increase the likelyhood of it ever being fixed.

You might consider creating a program as follows:

    • Close the billing cycle in RMS as normal
    • Delete the finance charges from the database
    • Calculate the correct charges for that period and store them in that format in the database
    • Then print the statements in RMS as normal
    • I have not done this but it looks like it's possible.

While you are at it, how about submitting a suggestion that Microsoft make the statement emailable.

The option you want is on thedatabase> account type properties screen.

No, I don't think one exists.  I am an RMS reseller who has a colleague (another reseller) whom I rely upon for custom programming - he's very good.  Would you like to be put in touch with him for a quote?

Do you personally know of any add-ons that will do this?

You can't, unless you go the custom programming route and get an add-on that does what you want.
