10 minutes ago, this error occurred. Now suddenly, it occurs whenever I try to open a contact

    Hi,

    what did you do before the error occured?

    You said the error happens, when you open a contact. But the error message tells account ... Does not exist,which is strange.

    Has the account linked to the contacted been deleted?

    Did you change something about the security roles?

    Does this error also happen, when opening a contact with an user with system administrator role?

    Have you already checked the audit log, what happened ten minutes ago?

    Can you search for these contacts in advanced find and is everything displayed properly in the search results?

    Is maybe any plugin or JS code missbehaving?

    I am the system administrator. It is a small company and I am currently the only user of the system.

    No changes to the security roles have been made. It happened while I was creating new contacts.

    The problem occured in Chrome and persists. If I log on with Internet Explorer (which I loathe), the problem goes away.

    The account still exists.

    Chrome sometimes behaves strangely with CRM.

    Have you tried clearing temporary internet files in Chrome? Maybe there's something in the cache.

    Wow, that did it. I cleared the cache, and suddenly everything works. Worrying...

    Hi,

    the problem is the pre-filled data

    I am facing the same issue so what I have found as a solution is that I have a lookup field and it shows me pre-filled data and when I select pre-filled data then only I face this error so I have searched lookup data and selected it so my error gone. so take care when you have lookup fields don't select from pre-fielled data search again and select it.
