I'm using a Zebra 420k with 3"x1" labels. I've made a custom label using the label designer for that size.
When I use the wizard to print multiple labels, it only shows the first label in the print preview window. The print preview window shows a longer instead of wide label. It prints the first label correctly but doesn't print anymore.

what are your settings for the 420K under the windows printer print preferences.
Make sure you have the printer setup for the type of label media you are using.
for example most of the common lables for the gk420 uses continuous mode, if the printer is set for something other than this, if could be waiting of a mark on the label roll before printing the next label.
If you got the printer recently then you can call zebra and they will help you configure the printer and driver correctly. This will make sure RMS prints correctly.
