How to link Date field with label in the VSTools?

I am creating new window using VS Tools and I have used two date fields in that window. The problem is I am not able to link that date fields with the label.

In the Property window linkfield on DexLabelProvider not listing this date field. At the same time the other field like text fields are listing in the property. Do I missed anything to link the date field with the lable? or How do I handle this? appreciated your reply.

I see the LinkField on DexLabelProvider property indicates it only links to Text and Combo box fields. Have you found a convenient way to fake this so we get the underlined look for these labels which properly linked fields do?
