Vendor add application workflow Stopped (error): Failure sending mail.

Dears,

I am getting a strange error in approving a Vendor add application workflow. This workflow is fully approved. Then I ma getting this error message. Kindly Suggest.

    I found the root cause for this. System sends an email to the vendor contact email. And for this we need to setup email in AX. In my setup everything was fine as setup but SMTP service was stopped . So I just start the service and it started working fine.
