MPOS Setup with Kiosk printer Nippon NP-3511 OPOS driver

Hi

have anyone implemented MPOS on self service kiosk set up or regular POS with Kiosk printer ( or others) from Nippon ?

I have gotten the correct driver and OPOS utiltiy from the supplier, but are not able to get the Receipt to cut after printing. Cut from Windows print work like it should. Tried hardware station profile i D365 with Windows driver instead - then I get cut, but the layout has "shifted" to the right, so not all text are actually printet on the receipt ( same receipt ID)

We have tried every setting we could think off on the printer and in D365 (not many there), but getting nowhere. We are getting desperate here, so hoping anyone can give any insight to this issue...

I have the same question (0)

    Hi LinSelle,

Based on the doc (link here: docs.microsoft.com/.../retail-peripherals-overview, your printer manufacturer/model is not in the list, so it's unclear it is fully supported or not.

You may try further testing, with this tool, "Peripheral simulator for Commerce", select "Use POS simulator", create a profile for your printer, and see if it works. Link here: docs.microsoft.com/.../retail-peripheral-simulator

You may also open a ticket with Microsoft Support team, and provide more details, which might help us understand more about your device and whether it works with Dynamics 365 Modern POS.

    Thanks,

    Juliet Zhu
