when I click on the text box the previous value must be clear in accordance to set a new value

  •  I want to clear the previous value to set a new value, So when am I clicking on the text box to change the value then the previous value must clear so that I can easily change the value using javascript

    Could you please provide more details on what exaclty are you trying to achieve?

    I would say that method gridContext.getGrid().getSelectedRows() can help on this.

    I want to clear the text when I click into the box so that a dropdown will appear, Now I am doing clicking into the box then pressing backspace to clear the text then my dropdown is appearing so I have to change this when I clicking on that box the text might clear by itself so that I can easily change my value through dropdown
