After configuring D365 app for outlook everything is working fine but D365 icon not appearing on outlook ribbon.
(outlook 2013)
I thought it was version of outlook problem but it is working fine for other users who is having same outlook version.
Can you please help me in resolving this issue.

I have the same question (0)So it is just 1 user? I would try temporarily disabling any add-ins that they have for Outlook to see if the icon comes up there. Can you put a picture of the ribbon bar for us? It can be so many things. But would try the add-in piece first. Some add-ins do crazy things with the ribbon. Also check the users event log to see if there are any errors for the app in there.
