Regarding the Letter Writing Assistant - Word Drop-down Missing

Hi,

I have the same problem as the previous post. We have Dynamics GP installed. We don't have the data migrated yet. I am doing some research and trying to learn the system. I am in company Fabrikam, looking around and trying things out. I was trying to print a letter. To create the letter I went to Smart List -> Sales -> Customers -> Customers Over Credit Limit*.

This generates a report. Then click on Word -> prepare a collection letter -> there aren't any templates in the window to choose from.

I read the answer but I don't completely understand the answer. I went to SLB but after that I did not know what to do???

Please can someone please elaborate on the answer? :)

Create your SmartList.

Navigate to Administration | Letter Writing Assistant and go through the wizard. You can specify your smartlist favorite when you pick the customers to be included.
