Does anyone know which setup window has the ability to modify the User-Defined 1 and User-Defined-2 field labels on the Employee Additional Information Maintenance window?

I found it under HR & Payroll (pane) --> Setup (section) --> Payroll (expansion) --> Payroll --> Options (button).
