Error when exporting dynamic marketing list members

Hello,

When I try to export marketing list members in a dynamic worksheet, I get a generic  "Unexpected Error - An error has occurred."  If I export the same list static, it works fine.  If I export contact/leads/etc using dynamic it is fine.  As soon as I add in where related marketing list = x, then it fails again.

There is no log file available from the error message.

Searching for this issue has turned up nothing.

On rollup 10v2 server, rollup 10v2 or 11 client.

Update to this.  It seems the error occurs whenever related entities are included in an advanced find.

For example, I can export a list of contacts to a dynamic sheet just fine.  As soon as I add something to advanced find that links to another entity, like parent account = x, then I get the error.  Remove that clause, and then the export works again.

Have you tried making a personal view first before exporting the dynamic worksheet, rather than adding related entities during an advanced find?

Yes.  Personal views also work fine, until you add a column from a related entity, then they fail to export dynamically.

I'm not able to reproduce the same behavior. Not sure if it matters but are you attempting to export list members from a static or a dynamic marketing list?

If I understand you correctly, you want to look at the members from a certain marketing list and during the advanced find, you add a filter on parent account?

Either type of marketing list will fail, as the views for both contain columns of related entities.  If I export a list of just marketing list names, that works fine.

Any export list from any entity that contains columns from a related entity fails if you try to export it as a dynamic worksheet/pivot table.  Take away any related entity pieces in both filter and columns, and it will work.  Static export always works, regardless.

I've verified this issue through a Microsoft ticket.  It is a known issue scheduled to be patched with rollup 12.
