I am tracking Motor Vehicle Expenses for company vehicles and I have setup Transaction Dimensions for each motor vehicle expense. Each transaction dimension contains the motor vehicles as dimension codes. If I would like to generate a report which shows all the expenses for one vehicle (which would be spread across multiple transaction dimensions) would this be possible ?

Hi Tracy,
yes there are ways to extract these data in reports, the easiest ways are by using the smart list for the analytical dimensions and the view is already created in the database. another way is to use management reporter and to point at the dimensions you need in your report to be extracted ( just be sure to select the company with AA in the management reporter).
