Exporting RMS Database from HQ to new store

Has anyone encountered the system not responding when using the export database wizard in HQ?  I have been stuck there for over an hour.  Attempted a couple of times with the same outcome.

    Same issue here. Even tried with Windows XP machine just to be sure with the same result.
