Ok, are you an administrator on the machine? Maybe you can try to run it directly from the DVD instead. It is possible that a part of that DVD did not get copied over and when you are clicking the Workflow link, it is trying to find a setup.exe or a msi file that is not there. Can you dig deeper into the files and make sure there is a folder called AdProd and under that a folder called Workflow and that there are files in there? I show 1 folder and 6 files in that directory on my DVD. Some msi files, a pdf (which you might want to look at) , and an exe file.
I'm installing from a copy of the dvd on the file server. I'm running win2003.
