Data Source Status Remains Not Started

Hello,

We're trying to import data using text/csv connector but we keep getting error message. No explanation for error and data source remains at status: not started. No actions can be taken for it (start,refresh or run not available)

There's no query logic, data source is reachable and everything seems fine. How can we delete or refresh this source?

    Where are you pulling the data from?  How are you getting it into the CSV?  Can you click the vertical ellipse on that line and choose to "refresh"?

    Hello BurcuGurel,

    Is this issue happening still? There was an intermittent issue that caused some of the data sources to be not functional for a brief period of time, however, we resolved it and they should be interactive now. You can either reconfigure that data source one more time or delete that data source and create again.
