This is the error
this where i modified the path file web config file
after this I got above error I again re modified the config file but it's showing same report is not opening in ax

I suggest you put back your original web.config from a backup. Also, please restart the Reporting Services service to make sure it's using the latest config.
Please note that your issue seems to be related to SSRS, not AX, so you might also find help in SQL forums.
By the way, seems you are using AX2012, but you put AX2009 tag in your question. Please clarify to yourself and us which version it is.
