Customizing the email template in Ms Crm

Hello guys

I want to create a voucher template in Ms Crm the content of the templete should take html,text & images below is the example. Default OOB template will not be suitable for my requirement please help me

Hi Muhammed,

You can design your template in other designer, then you just copy and paste to the body of the OOB Template, it will receive the HTML.

Or you can design as HTML page, after that you run this page on browner and click Ctrl + A -> Copy and click paste to your OOB template.

Hi Muhammed,

Until now, just Microsoft Dynamic Marketing support for rich formatting. I have not looked for other Rich Format Editor in MS CRM. Let's wait for next version of MS CRM.
