How can I pass contact info to marketing page?

In my case ,  I implemented a custom channel call SMS Text. I created a custom journey to send text messages  which contains a marketing page url to all contacts in segment.   When a contact click  on the url to open the marketing page, I want to inform the Customer Insight Service that interaction and help Customer Insight Service  to identity the contact (as the contact open marketing page in mobile phone browser in which there may not contain cookies)

So my question is how can I do that? I can get contact's mobile number and pass that to the url as a query string.  But There seems no input parameters in Redirect URLS 、Marketing Pages or Marketing Forms to accept it
This question bothered me a lot . Do you have any idea?
