We utilize dynamics 365 in both our HQ and the MPOS application in our stores. Our receipts are misaligned and look very unprofessional. Why are we not able to choose our own font and align items and totals, the way we want to? I cannot fathom how this would be a solution for all stores using the MPOS associated with 365. Our receipts look awful and everything we have tried does not work. MS says we cannot use a different font.
Use external printing via custom extensions to format receipts outside MPOS.
Use graphic receipts (bitmap-based) via customization, but this requires development effort and impacts performance.
Consider switching to cloud POS with more flexible rendering, depending on your scenario.
You’re restricted by design unless you invest in custom development.
