Customer account status at NavCom is 'No Account' after upgrade to NAV 18

Hello!

Last month we upgraded from NAV 15 to NAV 2018 and from Magento 1 to Magento 2.

We run multiple webshops and have like 30+K accounts.
Our problem is that all the accounts have the status 'No Account'

Customers are not able to log in and are not able to request a new password.
The couple accounts we did activate loose their status after every NAV update.

Is there any chance to activate all the accounts at once?
Like I said. We have 30+K accounts which are not able to buy.

Thanks in advance!

Andy

This is a custom development and it is quite hard to give a response. I would definitively ask your CSP Partner or reseller to troubleshoot this problem or hire a 3rd party freelance expert within this specific segment.
