in customer details view need to disable the affiliation button (+)
There is no option to disable/hide that button using configuration. Maybe you can try using POS operations to limit it to certain permission IDs. But may not help, if the user has manager access.
Try setting the permission ID for the highlighted operations to 1002, it will get limited to users with manager access.
If you completely want to hide, it might require an extension.
