Recently setup RMS 2.0 SP3 on a Windows 7 workstation connected to Windows SBS 2003 domain. Windows installed the drivers for the USB attached OfficeJet 4300. All applications except RMS Store Operations Manager can print to the printer.
When I attempt to print a report, the following message is displayed:
Store Operations Manager - Printer Error
No Printer was found. Please make sure that you have a printer installed and that it is properly configured before continuing.
I've tried deleting and reinstalling the printer on the workstation. The printer is listed on the server shared printers list.
Could this be a permissions issue on the workstation? Where and how to fix?
