Dynamics Security Console Error: "Could not access the SecurityService service. The operation has timed out."

Services appear to have installed normally.
Open Security Console.
Select Application Menu appears, though it approx 5 minutes.
Drop down shows SecurityService, and when it is selected, after another 5minutes...

"Could not access the SecurityService service. The operation has timed out."

I'm using GP 2010, 2008R2 Server.
I verified that I am logged into the server with the correct DynamicsSecurityAdmin authorized user.

Any help or suggestions is appreciated.

    HI Chris,

    Are you  talking about Dynamics Security Console that is used to configure the Web Services ? if so your problem might be related to a service that is not started or running with an account that you don't have access to ...
