Hi Guys,

when i am going to Reopen Opportunity from Cancel or Won state Opportunity that time my ms crm 2011 On-Premise gives following Error Message :

There is no any customization like Javascript,Plugins & workflows.

This issue was due to validation of Probability field on Opportunity.

Hi Kiran,

have you checked all your number value fields? There can be a field that can only have a value of 100, but has been set to a greater value and therefore you get this error.

Hi Kiran its seems like a validation to me. can you please check if certain type of javascript is running on the page.

Hi Kiran,

Is it happening on one record or all the record.? This a validation error message which says that you have a field which can only contain 100 but instead it is being set as something else .
