Hi All,

I am trying to export a master vendor list from Business Central to Excel which includes the vendor no, name, phone number, contract, address.  The address is what I am missing on my current export.  Can anyone assist me?

Thank you!

    Hello,

Did the Configuration Package work using Table 23? This is the best way to export the information you need to Excel.

    Thanks,

    Steve

The easiest way is to use Configuration Package. You can fill in table 23 : Vendor and specify which field you want to export.

    Hi

You can either use Configuration Package or go to Vendor List then in Page instead of Open in Excel select Edit in Excel. Open the file, enable edit, and copy the data into another Excel file.

For Configuration Package search for Configuration Package Then select one of the code (something like US.ENU.XXX) and then find Vendor (Table 23) then Excel -> Export.

    I hope this helps
