I have Microsoft CRM with ClickDimensions. I was under the impression that there were multiple email templates that you could download and use. I can't find any. Is this not the case?

You cant download templates, but you can use it while creating emails or workflows to send emails.

Go to settings>>templates>>email templates

ClickDimensions comes with email templates and you can find some additional ones below.

ClickDimensions email templates are different to OOTB email templates. Below article shows, how to create a ClickDimensions Email Template.

I have another question regarding email templates. If you create an email template in 'Custom HTML' (I've imported a Mail Chimp template) is there any way to edit it in the open editor OTHER THAN HTML?
