Purchase/Inventory Order Template path error

(0) ShareShare

When trying to print an Inventory Transfer, Store Operations is looking for the Purchase/Inventory Order Template file in the D:/ drive?

In Store Administrator Configuration the path is pointed to the C:/ drive and has the correct template path.   C:\Program Files\Microsoft Retail Management System\Store Operations\ReceiptTemplates\POXfr.xml

Why is it looking in the D:/ Drive and how do I change it?

    Hello Russ,

    Thank you for your questions.

    Please check the path settings:

    1. Launch Store Operations Administrator

    2. Click on File | Configuration

    3. Click the Paths tab

    4. Take note of the PO Stylesheet value

Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Hello Russ,

    Thank you for the update.

    Check the following registry keys:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Retail Management System\Store Operations\Manager\Path

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Retail Management System\Store Operations\Manager\Templates

If you find a discrepency, back up your registry. Correct the discrepency, reboot, and try again.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

You guys are looking in the wrong place.  Look on the Templates tab for the path to the .xml file.

Found the problem.   It was in the Remote Desktop Server settings for the off site Store Administrator.   We remote in so Buyers and Managers can run reports and transfer invertory store to store from the same location.
