Delete customer contact information

Hello,

I would like to delete the E-Mail addresses from lots of our customers (because we upload new/correct addresses with a import job)

The customer contact information is stored in the entity DirPartyContactEntity.

This import job unfortunately only imports and does not update existing addresses. Therefore I would need to delete the existing addresses before the import, to prevent duplicates.

Has anybody some recommendations for me what I could use?

HI Lukas,

You can create an on-demand workflow to bulk clear fields automatically.

1.Go Settings > Process to create a new workflow.

2.Click ‘Set Properties’ and clear email.

3.Save and Active it.

4.Test.

check records you want and expand flow to run the flow you just created.

Hi Leah,

I think I should have been more specific. I'm talking about the contact information in D365, in the All customers form.

what app you are using? i'm not find the DirPartyContactEntity entity in customer service hub app(CRM).
