
Someone asked this question for Outlook 2007 in the year 2009. This seems like it should be an implementation that exists. Can you sync Outlook 2016 categories with CRM 2016? If the answer is no, is there an alternative solution to "Categories" that I could use? I want to use Outlook as a front end for my users. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
