An error has occurred Message, cannot open actions anymore

Hey Guys, 

Since this morning I'm not able to open actions in my local environment (on-premises 8.2)

This is the error I'm receiving

Everything else is working fine, even other kind of processes (workflows and business process flows). This is only happening in the local environment (DEV)

Any ideas how to resolve this ?

    Hi Partner,

    Since you are using on-premise environment, please check the Event Viewer in your win server for more details.

    If there is no other information, please raise a ticket to Microsoft for more professional help.

    That was solved alone - we don't know how!

    If the problem recurs, we will create a Microsoft ticket.
