How to increase the number of records you follow , in CRM online , default value is 1000, I get an error saying [You have exceeded the number of records that you can follow. Before you can follow more records, you must stop following some other records]

    Hi Raj,

    You will have to raise a ticket to Microsoft to get it done. it can only be increased upto 5000. But for online there's no way out but to raise a ticket.

    If in case you want to unfollow records, here's a workflow:

    ankit.inkeysolutions.com/.../auto-follow-and-unfollow-records-in.html

    It can be done in on-premise via powershell www.powerobjects.com/.../increase-the-crm-activity-feed-follow-limit-through-powershell
