I think you need to add either Work Order Products or Services to your work order and change them from 'Estimated' to 'Used'. So your Work Order has a total amount on it. Then Close-post the work order.

Hello, Im not sure what you mean by Resource Details, do you mean the labour costs of the resource to be shown on the invoice?

    Thanks,

Work Orders that contain only resources are not creating Invoices when Work Order status changed to 'Closed-Posted'

If you want something to be shown on the invoice then you will need to create Work Order Products or Work Order Services.

In your case you would need some how create Work Order Service lines on your work order to show the labour costs of your resources.
