Is this for an Online environment or On-Premise?  If On-Premise, what is the build?  Did you make sure to publish any changes? What do the 'Show Details' show?  Was this working before or was it just after changing the Maximum Length?  Have you tested with a even just one word in the description?

This is online environment. Yes I published all the changes. I am attaching SS of show details and log file of error. This is working for some text even for small paragraph.

    Hi Jasmina,

Check the fields that are mapped from the Lead to any of the records created during the qualifying process (Account, Contact, Opportunity). There may be a mismatch between the lengths of the fields in different entities.

In our case, it was the Address 1: City field.  In the Lead, City could contain 80 characters, but in the Account it was limited to 17 characters. Qualifying Leads in which a string longer than 17 characters had been entered in Address 1: City resulted in a similar error.
