Dynamics GP Business Portal 5.1

Hi,

I have an error in Business Portal that if users try to connect to Business Portal from their local machine it prompt to enter User and Password several times and then display an Access Denied error message. But when log in with sharepoint administration account work well. If I go to the server and log in with the account that give me access denied it works well.

    When you create user access for Business Portal, did you create an AD group that you assigned Security and Rights to in Business Portal / SharePoint system.

    If you did, as we did, you might have not added this new person to that security group.  

    Check that out and then let us know.
