Sales Quote & Sales Offer in EUR, Sales Invoice in LCY

Hello, community!

We are making Sales Quotes and Sales Orders for our clients in EUR(e.g) , and the final invoice should be in LCY (RON).

How did you manage to create automatated conversion from EUR to LCY in the Sales Invoice ?

Thank you, Daniele, for your answer, I've allready checked this topic. In this case, the invoices are posted in different currencies. It's not our case. We should invoice in LCY (RON), but our Sales Orders are in EUR. And we need the system to automatically convert the EUR to LCY when we are Posting the Sales Orders.

First, you should define the currency conversion from EUR to LCY from the Currency exchange rate function.

Second, you should put the currency EUR on the Sales Quote and Sales Order, as it will be translated to your local currency when making sales invoice.

Third, you should appear all fields of LCY on the sales invoice.

Fourth, you will edit the document of the Sales invoice to not appear the Foreign currency on the printed document.

I'm not sure that I undersood you solutions, but, if my Sales Order is in EUR, when I post it, the Posted Sales Invoice will also be in EUR.

There is nothing out of the box that will do it - it will require customizing the system slightly.

Yes Sure, Posted Sales Invoice will be in EUR & LCY.

Then you choose, whether you want to display the invoice to the customer in EUR or LCY as i described above.
